POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARELESS ATTITUDE BY STD BANK FAILURES!!
Still waiting for my refund and for anyone who cares to contact me!! Can someone contact me!!! I was billed for over draft fee which I don't have on my current account!!!! Please refund me!!! I'm enough with this stupid poor service by your bank!!!! I logged a ref last month ago and been calling your call center only to get stupids who either cut my call after holding for more than 20 minutes or have no explanation for that fee!!! REF NO: ***
