Poor customer service
They are treating me like trash after banking with them for 20 years. I work outside the country & rely on buying for my kids online. Done in for past 2 years. Now past 2 months unable to make purchases, I contacted them but up to now no help, no feedback. Even their complains division ignored my emails. I want to change bank a.s.a.p. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
