Poor Customer Service

On the 26 of July I withdraw money at an ATM at park station, on top of the money there was a standard bank piece of paper and I soon realised that the money I withdrew was R100 short. So instead of R600 i got R500 and a piece of paper printed "Standard Bank'' and was stamped. I immediatly went to the Standard bank branch at Park station and explained what had happened to the enquiries clerk and she just started typing and asked for the piece of paper i got from the Atm machine. It was a bit weird that she didn't bother to explain why this happened till i asked. She assured me that it will be sorted in 7 days. 2nd August i got an sms saying my query has been resolved. Two week later after the sms i tried calling Standard bank to find out what is the status of the query, calling the number that was on the sms they send. After being on hold for 5 minutes the Agent put me on hold after alot of probing questions even though she had my reference number for the query. She was of no help and wanted to transfer me to a different department and by then my airtime was pretty much exhausted. I went on twitter to find out whats the delay in this query so i can atleast know whats going on to be kept in the loop as to whats the delay and they just informed me that the query has been escaled and they will revert to me. What i did not know is by that they mean i will get a robotic sms from time to time that thanks me for being patient. Its a month later now and now one has bothered to explain to me what happened? I got a new reference number now and its turn around time was on the 29 August and all i got was a ''thank you for your patience'' This kind of customer service is appalling.
