Poor customer service

Very poor customer service no response to my query as promised on e mail I received escalated as per e mail no feedback to date as promised here No one bothering to respond to my query to date So disappointed the way customer service s is lacking on our services provider it seems like for one to get customer services you have to complain first that's really bad and dissapointing on institution like standard Bank
