Poor customer service

<p>I got a call from the bank, saying i should upgrade my account.</p> <p>I went to my nearest branch to do that.</p> <p>ONLY to be told when i got there that they cant find my proof of residence on their system hence they cant help me.</p> <p>Whats that????</p> <p>i had to leave as they couldnt help me, after asking for time off at work to sort this out.</p> <p>Such poor service</p>
