POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Poor customer service at its best with this bank! I've been trying to changed beneficiary details on a policy I have with them for A YEAR NOW and still NO ONE has contact me to get this done! Shocking service doesn't even begin to describe the experience I've had with Standard Bank! #fumingclient
