Poor customer service 😢

I'm currently waiting outside Cornubia standard bank,I've been told that I can't get any help after been sent by a worker in gateway as they were closed due some emergency which we couldn't be told about and there was no notice what so ever,we then spoke to an employee by the name of Andlie,who said we should go to standard bank in cornubia as they close at 1pm. I had to ask people to give me a lift with my two kids as I have money on me.

Only to get to cornubia n they closed at 11am,which is not what we were told in gateway.

I have two kids with me and have no money to get home,what a big inconvenience on me and I'm really not happy with the service received from any of the standard bank branches.

Need to work on your front line customer support as they give people the wrong information and still laugh on top of that.
