poor customer service

<p>We went to standard bank Randfontein to make deposits. One didn't go thru and took the money and sent a receipt that we cannot proceed with the request. There were people inside the bank. We called one of the consultants inside the bank to come assist us because we didn't know their procedure. One guy was on the phone and he just didn't show interest to assist. He continued with his call and even when he ended the call he sat on his chair and he was just staring at his phone. A lady came to the door and she attended a lady from steers. I greeted her but she just looked at me and walked away. I am very disappointed with the service. I live in Randfontein but I always go to cradlestone or key west because they give the best service and treat their customers with respect. The service in Randfontein is very poor and it actually drives people away. One of the ladies her name is Ellen Mthembu she came out only because she had ordered from steers. She also had attitude and she was just focusing on her food and not my query. This is totally unacceptable. I will not use standard bank Randfontein ever again due to their poor service</p>
