poor Customer Attndence

On the 2nd of October I got a deduction from my account amounting to R1500.00 from standard bank , I rushed to carlton centre branch only to be told they don't know who deducted the money. The following Monday I went back only to be told its SARS so surprisingly I never owe Sars , I launched a query on Hello Peter . I got a call from Zeenath on to rub salt on my wounds , she told me I withdraw the money on the 31 August 2015 and claimed it was on weekend that's why the money wasn't deducted immediately,31 was Monday. How long does it take for money to deducted once the transaction is successful? I got a call again from another lady from standard bank telling another story I didn't understand , and she gave a number to call.<br> <br> My advice to everyone , do away with standard bank go FNB you will get proper services , don't say I didn't worn wen you are in tears
