Poor Communication and performance
Monday 12th October we apply for a bond for a standard bank owned distressed property after standard bank has agreed on the price of the property. Reference number ***.

Friday 16th October we get approved in principal for the loan but they state that a valuation of the property needs to be done. This does not make sense as the property is owned by the bank and the price has been set.

Monday 19th the valuation gets done

Tue 20th the application is declined based on the valuation of the property standard bank owns.

There is clearly a miscommunication and lack of understanding.

Since applying for the easysell property we have had no one who has consistently helped us, no one to turn to to query the matter. There has been no communication between your departments. We are very unimpressed with the whole process and very dissatisfied customers.

It would be very much appreciated if someone would get back to us regarding this matter as we would like to get on with this process.
