Poor communication
I want to renew my license disk and register the car in my name at the same time. I do not want to do this twice. Now I have to wait and going to pay penalty fees because I'm waiting for Standard Bank to send my natis papers. This is really annoying. Yesterday I phoned and was told for the first time that I should raise a request for my natis papers to be sent. Please sharpen up on your service and send my natis papers before I make Standard Bank pay my penalties.
