Poor Call Centre Service
I have been trying to get hold of Standard bank call centre from yesterday to amend my policy, till today ni am not winning i have lost close to R400 waiting without success, when i finnally get answer is wrong department have to wait again. What a stressing 2 days to do business with standard bank. Hello Peter you are my last hope.
