Poor and unhelpful service at V & A branch

I went to the Standard Bank V & A waterfront branch (22nd Jan between 12:30 - 13:00) to get bank statements stamped and signed as part of the requirements for a visa application.

The lady at the counter refused to sign the bank statements. She also offered no additional assistance or advice.

The next day I went to a different Standard bank branch and was helped within a few minutes.

This type of indifferent and unhelpful attitude was not what I expected from Standard Bank (V & A waterfront).
