Poor and slow service at standard bank

I am very disappointed with the service at standard bank soshanguve. Everyone I spend more than an hour standing outside in line and 2hours wait for service inside. The service is very slow. I have dozed off more than 5 times and still it is not my time to be served. I don't get it coz when I entered there were about 8 people in front of me in the queue. Please do something about your service otherwise people will take their business elsewhere.
