Poor and slow service

<p>I'm at Tsakane mall Standard bank, have been here for almost 1 hour at the express enquires section. The queue is very long and so are the services, they very bad. The tellers spend close to about 20minutes to 30minutes per customer. 1 of the tellers left the two others working while we were on the queue. I do not appreciate the inconsistency of service amongst the different standard banks. When one goes to a White dominated branch the services are quick and good but when one goes to a Black dominated area the services are very bad and slow. </p>
