POOOOOOOOOOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Good day
Can someone please explain why my dad is still waiting for some one to go to him in regards to a bank form that needs to be submitted by 14/04/2021 as the request was in whit the bank by 27/03/2021.
all necessary documentation was submitted to the bank to notify them that my dad is on oxygen at home and that i have to be given permission and signing writes on his account.
will standard bank pay his dept. if his pension fund does not pay out due to a lack of customer service?

13 Apr 2021, 11:29WHEN WILL THIS BE RESOLVED THIS IS A MATTER OF URGENCY AS ITS ALL READY BEEN WEEKS AND NO ONE DID ANYTHING TO PHONE OR CONTACT HIM TO GO HOME FOR A SIMPLE BANK FORM THAT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED?
COME ON GUYS ITS BEEN MORE THEN 2 WEEKS? HE HAS 2 DAYS LEFT FOR THE FORM TO BE COMPLETED?
AFTER THAT IF ITS NOT COMPLETED OR SEND BACK TO WORK WHO WILL PAY HIS DEPT?
PLEASE GET THIS DONE ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
