Policy payout
My name is Zolani Patrick Tsewu. ID ***. I took a Policy with Standard Bank in 2021 August for my nephew it was a funeral policy. It was for R50 000. On the 22nd October2021 unfortunately he was shot and He died. I then submitted my claim on the 27th of October 2021 and I never received my payout. I have been calling emailing with no success. Instead Standard Bank continued to deduct from my bank for the same policy. I have tried everything and there is no success. I now ask for your help in this regard.
