Policies are not allowing medically boarded person's to be helped o loan application.

Good afternoon Hellopeter and the team.

I am Howard Mandlenkosi Gouws.

Two days ago I wrote a review on Capitec Bank.

Let me thank you Hellopeter first for this platform.

I am worried and nervous at the sametime.

Capitec Bank did come back to me with my complaint and it was not successful as they deemed medically boarded person's or people's and or their customers affected by this situation of being medically boarded not welcomed on loan application with Capitec Bank as their Policies are not allowing such customers to lend money for long and or short term loan. I must respect their policies and decisions therefore in acknowledging such and keep good practice of their policies.

But I feel its unfair and not okay for any customer and or customers to be treated as such whilst other financial institutions welcome and helping them . Because their getting paid monthly till their age of pension at 65 year's and they are not expelled from their employment. Its sad and bad I must say. But I have accepted the fact that there's nothing I can do to change the situation right now with the big bank of Capitec Bank in SA . But I will opt out to cancel my bank services with Capitec Bank and see where I am welcomed and be appreciated for bring business to other financial institutions. Once more thanks to you Hellopeter atleast our cries are being taken good care of from this platform to problem solving and the attention our services need.
