I asked my bank for bank statements for the period 2008 to 2010. The bank responded saying that I would hear from someone within 24 hours. It is now more than a week and nothing has happened. Not an email not a call! I am very disappointed

19 May 2023, 06:02I have another issue with Standard Bank I received an sms purporting to come from Standard Bank ***** Department I suspect that it is a **** ( have since received another sms from the same party) This is urgent and the Bank is very slow to respond. I was advised to contact a certain department but the email would not go through.
