Points not credited after numerous attempts

My ucounts account is supposed to have been credited with 1000 points for a promotion held in february.To date i have contacted ucount and all the consultanta have agreed it is due to me.Numerous reference numbers have been sent to me.I have still not been credited.I am a premium banking client of standard bank and feel i should leave this bank for FNB as they have not honoured their advertising policy to reward me with 1000 points for the thawte anti-virus download campaign.
