pleasure to deal with
i went to collect my credit card at your welkom branch a lady with the name sharifta (not sure of spelling) helped me and it was the best experience i ever had at a bank she made me feel like family. very friendly and warm service was a pleasure to be helped by her i walked out with a smile on my face
