Pleased with Standard Bank's response time to my query!!
I am pleased that Standard Bank acted swiftly to the hacking of my account. My money was returned the next morning and I had my new card delivered in 2 days. They made a special effort to deliver the card, even done after hours.
The service received was excellent!
