PLEASE SORT THIS OUT !!!
I have been trying for some time to get my FICA sorted on certain of my business accounts. My 'business banker', Lorraine Mpete, takes no effective action. Today I am threatened by sms with account suspension in 10 days if I don't supply the required documents. But I submitted them on 11 March !!? Lorraine Mpete does not respond to recent emails and in general I find her service very por. Why can't the Bank sort this out! As a former Assistant General Manager of Stannic and a client since 1987, I find this intolerable.
