I mailed you my proof of payment on 30April and requested a paid up letter, I'm still waiting, not that I'm surprised. I wonder how standard bank still has customers with the pathetic customer service that they provide. I've been struggling with you guys from over a year and never ever in our interactions have you managed to prove me wrong and render spectacular service. I don't know what's wrong with you, you are beyond worse.
