Please remove the rating on the account

<p>had a cheque account with standard Bank then I got Hijacked with my laptop in the car unfortunately the ******* got hold of my banking information and debit Orders started going off, went to standard Bank and I was advised to close the cheque account and open a new one and I was promised that debit orders will be migrated to the new account but that didn't happen and it became my responsibility to move to the new account , my old account accumulated a negative rating because my salary was no longer going in there, now I had overdraft to settle I acknowledged the overdraft and paid it off early this year, after 2 months of paying the account to my surprise it was still open with the negative rating it even affected my bond application , Even last week after so many months of paying off the account it seems the negative rating is still affecting my profile, I'm begging you please remove the negative rating on my profile cause I'm missing out on a lot of opportunities because of this not only with standard Bank but with other financial institutions as well.</p> <p> </p>
