please help me release my account

Good afternoon, my account has been on hold for the past 3 weeks saying there was a hold due to some funds which came into my account and I called the sender of the funds and they told me the funds that was sent was legitimate and the case has been dismissed .please can you help me lift the hold on my account please contact fnb in order to release my standard bank account
