Please help me

Standard Bank financed my car 2018 and the very same year we were retrenced but I've manage to pay monthly installments for 6 months after retrenchment. I Went to the bank and requested a payment extension /payment holiday for 3months and I submitted all the supporting documents bu because January-Feb 2019 could pay due to finencial implications. But I didn't get any assistance Fortunately enough a month later I got my job back and I started paying em from March, then around Sept last year they stopped to debit and my account was handed over. Hellopeter please help me. I can't do anything now because everywhere I go they tell me that I'm owing this huge amount. Plz help.
