PLEASE HELP ME

<p>I Went under debit review on the 10/05/2011 , I never skipped a payment but then I was suminsed by the bank of an amount of R48 000 that was paid on the 28 October 2016 . After that Carmen Vissie from standard bank debit review refuse to put me back under Debit Review . Now the bank is phoning non stop , that I'm again in arrears of an amount of R30 000 . My own Debit Councillors made an arrangement with Standard Bank Debit councillors that I must pay R4 700 per month . And that's not all , I have a court order from HIGH COURT that says I must pay even less that R4 700. All this has been declined by Standard Bank . Now recently I had a break in at my house , I then put in my claim ref [ 17/036423] but that was declined by the Bank due to them saying I'm again in arrears . .
