Please Help

<p>I had a personal loan with Standard Bank which was handed over to and external collector by the name of Ver-tex solutions due to non payment. </p> <p> </p> <p>They loan was settled in May 2016 with the external collector, however no settlement letter was provided by the collector as they said Standard bank records state I still owe on the loan. </p> <p> </p> <p>The full amount of the loan was handed over. I paid it up with all interest charged. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried calling their contact center but am always being passed from one department to the next with no one really able to assist. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have logged a complaint on their website around two weeks ago but have received no response. </p> <p> </p> <p>I just want to have someone look into the matter for me and assist. </p>
