Please explain if it is interest on capital home loan or late charges interest
I have been charged (system generated interest) every time when there is a change in interest rate but same charges continues every month as my balance paid is deducted by this generated interest, please explain if these are capital loan interest repayment or late payment interest as I am never late as per my pay date. Because when you adjusted my interest rate to prime, there was no credit to my home loan account as opposed to increase on interest, wherein, you always deduct my paid balance on capital
