Please dont make standard bank trust an executor

I spoke to candice williams from standard bank trust with regards to my late dads estate i was told as there is no funds available i will need to sell the property so i got a buyer from myside to purchase the property i was then told that once money is recieved from the payment of the hous i will be able to take an advance of that money as the will states all available funds should be issued to me candice explained this to me however now that the monies are due to come on candice says an advance cannot be given to me i went into the office today and spoke to jenny naidoo who is candice's manager who advised me that candice is homebased and she will call her in so we can have a meeting she also told me to wait Half an Hour but candice arrived two hours later in the meeting the manager stated an advance cannot be given yet candice told me thay iy can be given and i should recieve it in the middle of november i am now left with Debts and loan sharks on my head due to this the manager also stated that the will doesnt matter yet my late dad paid standard bank for the will so there is So much more i want to say but i cant right now i will Be sueing standard bank aswell. Pathetic services
