Please don't change what works perfectly

Usually the anti-***** procedure that Standard Bank uses for suspicious credit card transactions works flawlessly: I am sent an SMS asking me to confirm that certain purchases were legitimate, and then my card is automatically unblocked.

However, three days ago I received an SMS from the anti-***** section of Standard Bank informing me that my credit card had been suspended and that I had to confirm a purchase that had been made before it will be unblocked. I was also given a number to phone, no option to send an SMS. I tried every day and waited for a very long time on each occasion but no luck - much airtime wasted. I would like to suggest that you revert to the usual procedure because having to phone in to a customer centre is most inconveniet and costly. Your cooperation is much appreciated.
