The worst bank in credit card financial service, i regret taking credit,i spend over 100.00 every month trying to cal this bank to decrease my limit, they move you from one desk to the other on phone, when compare to First national bank, i can actually decrease or increase my limit on app or web without anyone assist, more to that thier agents are just horrible on phone. this bank digital service is the worst i have seen in the banking industry. the *** is just another channel for lazy employees to push you from to the another
