Please close my RCP
To whom it may concern,
My RCP was settled in the course of September, interest settled and account requested to be closed at Sandton Branch, as of 26/09/2017. Advised account would be closed within 24 hours, by consultant Bridgette. Interest has been charged to the account and account still open today.
I do not have the time or effort to visit the branch again, for something that should have been resolved. Please close the account and provide confirmation once done.
