Please close my titanium cheque account.

I was at the branch today and the The consultant was unable to close it due to the system giving an error.

Im laying a complaint because i dont want to go back to the bank. She did a manual closure and said it will be closed today.. She left a note on my profile

Please email me once complete. PLEASE DONT CALL.
