PLEASE can I just settle my personal loan??

I'm only giving an extra star because the consultant I spoke to was so nice.

I really just want to settle my personal loan. You know, GIVE you money. Yet now my profile is "flagged" and I have to go to a branch with my KYC docs. Do you know how busy your branches are? I would have to take a half day at work. And if I delay going to a branch that means the interest keeps mounting up.

I would happily pay the money straight into the account, I just want to get a settlement amount because there has to be a lesser amount if I settle now instead of paying it off monthly.

Why did I not receive an sms, call, or email to advise that I have to go and update my KYC? Why don't you have an email address like FNB where KYC docs can be sent? Why, also like FNB, do you not have an option to book an appointment at a branch?

I really want to finish with SBSA and never have anything to do with you again. This is only the latest injustice in a long line of nonsense.
