Please can I get feedback, Urgently.

Good day, I app**** for a loan at Balfour Park on Thursday at around 13.00 in the afternoon. The loan was approved and I signed the contract with the gentleman that was assisting me and I was told it would be paid out on Thursday or the next day. It is now 4 days later and I still haven't heard anything from the Bank. I explained the urgency of the loan so I am actually very surprised that it still hasn't been actioned. This is not a complaint but more of a concern. Please can someone assist me with the payout of the loan, it is rather urgent that I receive the loan before tomorrow as I have a deadline to settle fees.
