Please answer my question

Please can you tell me if you no longer provide the buying of electricity on your app. the facility is still there but it says technical error. You do not need more details from me. I need to know if it is true that Standard Bank did not renew their agreement with the Electricity people but failed to tell anyone or mention anything on your website or app!
