Please allow for negative ratings because STD bank is not worth 1 star!!!

My initial complaint obviously did nothing and shows they don't care about their clients. I have been trying to get statements since June 2020 for the year 2019 and to date have not received everything. I have only received emails with apologies, I don't care for that, I want the *********** people fired and the money deducted for these statements refunded. I'm appalled by their actions and will now look at changing banks.
