Please advise customer best option given the situation
When ask for a payment Holiday and say it granted to find and reduce installment was given with no agreement made. My husband injured his back 8 months ago and was on sick leave we could still manage to pay the bond and his loan that he is temporarily disabled was not informed that he can apply for credit insurance instead other that payment Holiday because he temporarily disabled and gave supporting documents. How can he pay an reduced payment as he do not receiving an income
