Playing with peoples lives

<p>Good day Standard Bank, I would like to know which genius came up with the idea of a blanket decrease in EAP limits? Do you actually know how that can mess with peoples lives? I leave on holiday tomorrow and needed to make a number of urgent transfers which thansk to your "brilliance" I cannot do. How dare you take it upon yourselves to simply decrease my limit without checking with me first?? How dare you? Can someone explain to me how I can now make these transfers? Thank you!</p>
