PLACING YOUR MONEY WITH *******

PURE THEFT.

I am a member of prestige banking. I have been banking with Standard Bank for more than 10 years. I have a bond account with this bank and have had other credit facilities with them some of which I still have to this day and which I am paying as per our agreement. At the beginning of 2016 I went through some financial troubles and within a few months my car which was financed by Standard Bank was repossessed. During this period I attempted to make an arrangement to save my car without avail. nevertheless, I was told that my car would be sold on auction. I have followed up for the past two years on what was realised at the auction, thats if such an auction was ever even held and still with no avail. I even have written correspondence wherein in the past few months I have requested detailed statements of what I owe to Standard Bank and I was given such statements and it was confirmed to me that I owe nothing on the car finance loan. I have had numerous telephone calls with my banker wherein it was confirmed that i do not owe anything on the car finance loan. shockingly and out of nowhere an amount of more than R 80 000.00 was transferred from my account without my knowledge and without my consent, when i call i am sent from pillar to post. what right do you have to take my money without my consent? is that not theft. does having a credit facility with this bank give you a right to access my account and take whatever money you feel like taking when it suits you. whose money is in this account exactly because i believe it is mine. should i owe you money, should you not speak to me as a "prestige member" of your bank and explain to me what money it is i owe you because i know i do not owe you any money and if i did owe you money and did not want to pay it, then are you not bound by the law to recover such funds from my account. I have had no notice and i was specifically told that i do not owe you any money but you still thought it right to access my account and transfer funds from it without my knowledge.

This is pure theft and I am not a person with means therefore this is not something I will ever be willing to let go. I will take you to court, I will report you to every ombudsman there is, I will make as much noise about this in order for anyone who banks with you to be scared enough to move to another bank and in the end and no matter how long it make take me, you will give me my money back and you will loose much more than the R 80 000.00 you stole from my account.
