I have requested std a credit card settlement and settled the credit and on Friday the 10th I called STD bank to close off the credit card and was told that they cannot close the credit card as I am still owing as i used R185 and i must pay before they close it and i told them that how come they gave me settlement and i even paid over the settlement and why they telling me i owe. I spoke to one f their Team leader and promised me she will sort this out by Monday and today is Tuesday and when i phone they said she is off and the consultant who assisted me is also off . Now I must explain myself again as they did not update anything . STD have no respect for their customers and very unapologetic .
