Hi there, kindly note in 2008 I didn't renew my petrol card, I have been charged service fee since 2008, I cancelled today and for the fact that I didn't renew my petrol card I wasn't suppose to be charged for service fee. How do I get charged for a card that I don't have, I would like to request for all the charges to be reversed since 2008
