PETHETIC ,DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK AND COMPLAINTS RESOLUTIONS AGENT!!!!!!
Almost a week later and still don't have my card. Now I'm told I need to pay for delivery of my card after standard bank staff did not listen to the branch the card needed to go to.I will nott go into a branch to collect this card so either deliver it to me or dnt waste my time with this card. Clint is the resolutions agent working on this complaint and its clear he cannot assist me as its a week later and still no card!!!!Pathetic
