Personnel Compliment not representative of Area

The Standardbank Castlewalk and Brooklyn Branches' client care and teller staff compliment is not representative of the client base they serve. The area is mainly white Afrikaans and english speaking people. The bank personnel cannot speak afrikaans and do not make any effort to help a person in Afrikaans or even arrange for an Afrikaans speaking staff member without being prompted. <br> <br> Banking is a very personal affair and a person needs to be helped by a representaitve of same ethnic background. The staff compliment is far to black for a sustainable relationship with the bank. <br> <br>
