Personal loan Stuff up

I wanted to INCREACE my personal loan and instead I got given a new one and not only is that shocking.<br> the loan amount was 98000 and I only got given 50000 and im still paying for the other 48000 and no one at the bank is willing to tell me where the other 48000 is!!!!! iv been in to the fourways crossing branch twice now and still no feedback its been 3 weeks and iv paid over 5000 a month in loans cause of this stuff up and now im told that Trishan dose not work there... what is going on????? I want this sorted asap im not paying another payment till this is sorted... and I will move my banking to another bank all together. THE BALL IS NOW IN YOUR COURT STANDARD BANK...
