Personal loan ripoff
I took a loan with SBSA 7 years ago, an amount was calculated for me to make monthly payments then 2 years back I got a call from a consultant (Noleen) who said I must increase my loan repayment as the payment I’m making is not reducing my debt. I gladly did so, today 2018-03-29 14:28 I call to enquire about the balance and I was told I’m now owing 69k, this is by all means an infringement of NCA act, can someone call me to advise how did I end up with more amount years later.
