Personal Loan not payed out

I app**** for personal loan on 9 September. They told me it would take three working days to pay out. I still haven't received anything from them.<br> <br> I called on Monday and spoke to 6 different people who all acknowledged that the loan is long passed its turn around time but no-one could explain what happened. I was promised that I would receive a phone call from a supervisor/team leader. I had to call again yesterday and again spoke to the same people who also have no idea as to what is going on.<br> <br> It's Wednesday and NO ONE has called me. No one has updated me and I still haven't received the money. <br> <br> After being with this bank for over 10 years I am disgusted by this treatment. All I want to know is when will the money come in and what is it that I need to do now. I didn't take this loan out for fun. I need this money. It has a purpose. This treatment is absolute bull ****. I am in IT, I know that all it takes is a push of a button to release these funds but no one give a damn at that bank.
