Personal Loan expired - and written off at ITC

Dear Hello Peter<br> <br> Standard bank Account No. *** Complain <br> <br> I had personal loan with the bank for 24 months payment from 29 Jun 10 - end of Jul 2012 and it was paid off, but the bank continued with the debit order for more 5 months, I laid a complaint with the bank without any assistance until i decided to settle the account which was settled by African Bank on 12 March 2013 and Hello Peter assisted to get my money and the amount (3778.34 owed to me was paid into my account .<br> <br> The bank Senior consultant (Dawud Abdin) sent an email (09 May 13) apologized and said the account will be closed off and the money owed will be paid into my account.<br> <br> Surprisingly the same account was never removed and has been written off at ITC stating that i owe the bank 4990. I complained with the bank and unfortunately they cant provide me with the paid up letter because i still owe the bank and how i don't understand, however this account was supposed to be closed in March 2013.<br> <br> The bank sent me a statement of which i was not even aware that they have been debiting me less than 100 since Apr 13 without my consent, <br> <br> Please assist , my name must be cleared and i want my money debited back<br>
